Sauntering in the Woods

June 3, 2017. Meeting at PNC bank in Donegal at 9am. RSVP required  Do not underestimate the power of a walk in the woods: A new study suggests that even a 90- minute stroll in a natural environment can lead to measurable changes in the brain, may help combat depression, can improve your mood, decrease your anxiety and even improve your memory!!Join Faith and Courtney for a 2.5 mile hike at Roaring Run Natural Area to enjoy the benefits nature. Newcomers are welcomed and encouraged. Bring water bottle and snacks. Wear loose fitting pants (no jeans), wicking material preferred and boots. Meeting at 9am to sign release form and greet each other, at PNC then we will travel to Roaring Run. Spots are very limited!  Hike begins at 9:15am.  Leader is Faith Sartori
